As Event Manager at LOOK Cinemas, I led the development and execution of private premieres, film festivals, and high-profile screenings throughout the Los Angeles region. Managing many moving parts simultaneously—from client relations and logistics to vendor coordination and in-theater operations—I ensured each event ran seamlessly from concept to final curtain.

I served as a trusted partner to clients, guiding them through the planning process and overseeing flawless day-of execution, calmly navigating any on-site challenges while protecting the guest experience. Through strategic prospecting and relationship building, I significantly expanded our private events business, growing annual revenue to $750K in event sales.

Not only did I act a liaison between client and operations, but I also forged several monthly programming series to increase weekly attendance and drive additional revenue.
